Goal sheet flow is required to set forward the Goals and Track timings. You will be defining the time period for a goal to be achieved and also to track the goal in a specified time period. Goal sheet flows in the application are categorized into different levels they are as follows Goal sheet flow at an organization level  Goal sheet flow at Designation level  Goal sheet flow Tasks based. Prerequisites to define these flows: To define Goal sheets in the application we need to define the below-listed parameters first.  Key performance indicators have to be defined, based on these the performance of an employee is to be evaluated are defined in the below screen. As an organization grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage the process manually and track them against each employee, Centrahub HCM has come up with automation techniques that would initiate the requests for Goal sheet, Goal sheet tracking, Probation & Appraisal automatically. The process of automatic request initiation is further illustrated below. 1.1 Automatic Probation Initiation of employees: This feature helps users in initiating the probation evaluation request automatically based on the employee's probation period and status. As per the below configuration application will look for employee's whose status is "on probation" and  probation end date is in next 7 days and fetches all such employee records and create a new request for probation evaluation automatically 1.2    Preconditions: 1. This page will give us detailed information about the current logged in users of both HCM & ESS applications along with the browser & Operating system information. Path: Settings>>Data management >>Login users >>List view layout. Please select ESS option to display the list of users who are currently logged into ESS  application. Both Option will help us in fetching the data of the currently logged in users of both the HCM & ESS applications.

·     Checking  application  connection with    MongoDB    is a time taking process and requires few permissions as well so in order to reduce those efforts of users ,we have provided below option in the masters which would allow user to check the status of MongoDB connection.      Path : Settings >> System preferences >>File system Db          When ever user clicks on check MongoDB then system would display the connection status in pop up as displayed below.
