Malaysian Employees Statutory Forms (EPF, PCB, EIS & SOCSO)

STEP 1: Create the following fields in Employee Master.

1) EPF No (Text Field)

2) Employee Type (Number List – 1,Local,2,Non-Local,3,Others)

3) EPF Category (Number List – 1,A,2,B,3,C,4,D)

4) Income Tax No (Text Field)

5) Identity Card No (Text Field)

6) Spouse Details (Number List – 1,Spouse is unemployed,2,Spouse is working in this company,3,Spouse is working in different company)


STEP 2: Go to Settings New Screen and provide the details as per the below screenshot. Ensure to map the created fields of Employee Master with default Malaysia fields under Details grid correctly.

In the screenshot, the fields which are circled with green are earnings whereas others circled with red are deductions. You need to create respective earning and deduction components and then select the same from the drop down list (For example, in the above screenshot EIS Amount of Wages is mapped with Basic Salary & EIS Employer Deductions is mapped to EIS Employer)

The deduction details for employee and employer for each contribution elements (EPF, PCB, EIS & SOCSO) has to be provided under Deductions as per the details shown in the below screenshot.

In the same way, need to provide deduction details for PCB (Employee & Employer), EIS (Employee & Employer) and SOCSO (Employee & Employer) respectively.


STEP 3: Go to EPF, PCB, EIS and SOCSO settings new screen and provide the details as per the below screenshots.

STEP 4: Run the payroll and check the contribution values in the generated form.

Navigation to SOCSO Form - Statutory Forms >> Malaysia >> SOCSO >> Malaysia SOCSO Form

Advance Leave Encashment

This option is for leave encashment for advance leaves. There are two scenarios here: 1. If payment type is selected as continuous in leave encashment screen, then the leave encashment salary will be credited through the payroll. 2. If payment type is selected as advance in leave encashment screen, then the leave encashment salary will not be credited through payroll but in the print layout, encash amount can be viewed.
